酒店公寓很溫馨，房間設施很完整，有冰箱方便存放食物。前台小姐姐很熱情，看我們東西很多，主動幫我送到房間 這一點很感謝 設施：設施很完善，有冰箱冷藏 衞生：很乾凈，打掃的很仔細 環境：很溫馨，在家的感覺 服務：前台小姐姐很熱情 有需求第一時間就解決

我是來參加清鎮半程馬拉松入住這間酒店的，本想好好休息，離起點近。但意想不到是，這是一次非常差的入住感受，房間蚊子滿屋飛，也沒有配置驅蚊液 ，整個晚上都要起來打蚊子，影響休息。

房間不錯，乾淨整潔，床也很舒服，就是自助餐供應不夠及時，我們6點去的就沒吃的了，後續有在補充，但比較慢。服務員的服務態度很好。溫泉中午去水比較乾淨。

Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整體體驗非常差。我們帶著很多行李到達時，居然沒有任何人接待我們。該家酒店不接受辦理入住，辦理入住非常混亂，我們還得走到另一家酒店的服務檯，等了30分鐘，工作人員卻不知道該怎麼操作。後來我們被安排到另一家酒店的房間，結果又打電話來說那個房間已經被別人預訂了，還得再換一次。連瓶裝水都沒有，要在微信群里發消息才會送來。唯一好的地方就是保安很熱心。不推薦入住。整體體驗非常差一個度假村行的酒店管理卻做得如此之差，不知道是怎麼經營下來的。

前台辦理入住很快，行李很多前台會叫觀光車接送。這邊很好，不然帶著小朋友不方便。房間裡面很溫馨，小朋友也很喜歡説和家裡一樣。離吾悅廣場近，對面就是。交通也方便

我們定的公寓內部還算新，就是前台沒人服務。溫泉另外買票，大部分設施不開，衹有幾個小池開了，水溫沒有38度，不如自己泡浴缸。可能週末人多設施開了會好點，我們平日去的，沒啥玩的

訂的公寓大床房送了溫泉票，溫泉挺好的，前台小姐姐也很熱情，到清鎮跑馬拉松離起點也近。
